COACH BOWMAN'S COACHING PHILOSOPHY

My coaching philosophy is to prepare athletes before the day of competition so that an athlete is not bombarded with many different things on the day of competition.

The goal of the staff is to help each athlete to understand what steps are necessary to take in warming up and preparing to compete on meet day.

Each athlete is born with different levels of talent, but through hard work every athlete can improve on that talent, so we will demand 100% effort from each person. It is important to break through barriers, such as soreness or fatigue, so you will learn to break through obstacles also in life.

The person who allows themselves to quit when things get rough may become the person who will quit in life when met with a challenge. To be a champion, it is necessary to work hard and dedicate yourself to be a success.
